Hi! My name is Juan Pablo Cañete, and I have been a tour guide in the Metropolitan region of Chile for over ten years. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive
knowledge of tours in:
- Valparaíso and Viña del Mar
- Panoramic Valle Nevado Farellones
- Panoramic Portillo
- Skyday Farellones, Santiago City Tour (in summer)
- And visits to vineyards such as Santa Rita, Concha y Toro
- Haras de Pirque

My objective is to join the local tour operators’ field operations, serving as a Tour Guide. I possess a broad understanding of local culture and the processes involved in the tours I conduct.

Modus Operandi
1. Work Evidence: I generate evidence of well-done work, usually through photos and passenger comments.
2. Availability and Coordination: I communicate my weekly availability to each operator interested in my services and coordinate with the person in charge of traffic, logistics, or assignments.
3. Economic Agreement: I offer my rate or review the operator's proposal to reach a mutual agreement.
4. Commitment and Clarity: I confirm the work for the following day/week and block those days in my calendar for the corresponding operator, demanding clarity in expectations.
5. Transport Facilitation: I request support from the operator for my arrival at the tour's starting point when the schedule or format requires it.
